SUMMARY
It would be wonderful if there were more basic styling options for email submissions. I find the default body text a bit hard to read. I tried changing the text to h2, and it was comically large.

Location: After Submission > Configure Emails

SUGGESTED SOLUTION
A simple and awesome solution would be to reuse the wonderful UX and options of Form > Theme > Typography.

Target Email Elements:

  • Normal (Paragraph)
  • H1
  • H2

Typography Options:

  • Typeface
  • Weight
  • Font Size
  • Line Height
  • Color

Alternative Solution: An alternate option would be to add a checkbox within Email Customization… when checked, the email inherits the related element styles from Form > Theme > Typography.

I agree. The email output can be laid out better. Right now, the item and value are all in one column. I would like to see this in two columns so that they are in the same line.

The easiest way be to take the table output from pdf and use it for email also. The original poster summarized it nicely.
