Creating Payment Forms in Paperform

Lots of SMBs are currently moving into a digital space and need to set up Payment forms to sell their products and services. Please share your top payment forms that you have created in Paperform!

Here’s one I did for a local flower company.

  • Three different products
  • Four different pick-up locations
  • Optional Flat Fee home delivery service - address form field only displays when this option is checked
  • Coupon code can be applied to the cost of the flowers

Hey Marcel!

Really liked the font you used on this one, can you tell me which one is it?

Thanks João - I’ve used Didact Gothic throughout the form

@Marcel nice form! I wonder whether you considered adding images to the products? That might increase the form’s conversion :sunflower: However, if the audience is really familiar with the products, that might indeed not be necessary

@VladShvets I’ve placed the form on a web page with photos and a description of the product. My forms are usually embedded in pages with their own content. Coming to think of it, I’ve not yet done a project that needed Paperform’s inline image feature.

@Marcel ah, I see! Makes perfect sense now :cowboy_hat_face: :white_check_mark:
