Hi guys, our team is working on the resources and documentation and we wonder if any of you have examples of embedded Paperform forms to share with the community? Really appreciate your help!
Sure, I have quite a few, as it’s the main way I use Paperform.
- Calculator: https://kseacademy.com/cambridge/b2-first-fce/calculadora/
- Lead magnet form: https://kseacademy.com/examen-oxford-test-of-english/

Hope they’re useful.
Hi, I have an embedded registration form here: https://2020rubenfeldconference.com/2020registrationform.html
It’s a 4 page registration form for a conference that was cancelled due to corona. There are program selections, housing options, etc. all leading to a Stripe payment or payment by check.
You can fill out the form with dummy info if you want to see the whole thing, the responses only go to me at this time.
Hope it helps.
Those are some of mine embedded forms:
Restaurant online order (delivery pickup):
Restaurant table reservation:
(the last one is still work in progress will update the final link asasp)
Hotel Online Check-in:
Credit Card Authorization Form:
Hope it helps.
We have a lot as well - and more coming.

Super timing! I just revamped optemization.com with a beautifully functional Paperform embed
Hey @Luis_PW, @Bonnie777, @ermal, @thisgalsal, @temirlan! Thank you guys for your examples. These are great and will definitely help others make sense of how our forms look like when embedded. You rock!
Hey! That page looks awesome. Did you use Notion to build that? If you did, what did you use for the domain connection? I recently read about some tool/platform to connect Notion pages to domains, but I’m not sure where I read it or what tool it was. Great job and thanks in advance!
Yes, built in Notion all the way I used super.so. That’s an affiliate link!
Almost all of our paperform forms are embedded! most of them are here:
Thanks, Allison, these are great examples, very useful for the community too!
